Start with short, calm sessions on the couch, let them climb in and out freely, and never force it. Some settle on day one, some take a few tries, and some decide it isn't for them. That's why you have 30 days to return it.

The hoodie is cut oversized. Go by garment measurements, not your usual label size: across S–XXXL the listed bust runs 115–142 cm and length 72–77 cm. Between sizes? Tell us your usual size and your pet's weight and we'll recommend one.

Yes. With the pouch empty it wears like a regular oversized fleece hoodie, with two zippered hand pockets and a big hood.
