  1. Check your email. As soon as your order ships we send a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a live tracking link.
  2. Click the tracking link in that email for carrier updates, or enter your tracking number above.
  3. Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder, or search your inbox for "Purrelia".

Still stuck? Email support@purrelia.com with your order number and we'll locate it for you. If a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll reship or refund.
