Here's where your PawFile™ box is on its way to your cat:

  1. Check your email. The moment your order ships (within 1 business day), we send you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number and a live tracking link.
  2. Click the tracking link in that email for real-time carrier updates.
  3. Can't find the email? Check your spam/promotions folder, or search your inbox for "Purrelia".

Typical delivery: 2–4 business days within the US after dispatch.

Still can't find your tracking info, or has your parcel gone quiet for more than 3 days? Email support@purrelia.com with your order number and we'll locate it for you within 24 hours — and if a parcel is genuinely lost in transit, we'll reship or refund. Simple as that.
