United States
- Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more.
- Express shipping: $15.00.
Outside the United States
We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and selected countries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. International rates are calculated by the carrier and shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties or taxes, where they apply, are charged by your country's customs and are not included in our prices.
Tracking
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, peak season, customs). If your tracking hasn't updated for several days, email support@purrelia.com and we'll chase it down for you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 12 hours of ordering, and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.
