Shipping Policy
Where we ship: We currently ship to the United States. (UK, Canada, Australia and New Zealand coming soon — join our email list to be notified.)
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery time
Standard shipping is free and typically arrives within 2–4 business days from our US warehouse.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status any time on our Track Order page.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays outside our control (weather, peak season). If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days, email us at support@purrelia.com and we'll chase it down for you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll correct it before dispatch.
