Refund & Returns Policy

We want you — and your cat — to love everything you order from Purrelia. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-Day "My Cat Loves It" Guarantee

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund for any reason — including "my cat simply ignored it." We know cats have opinions.

How to start a return

  1. Email support@purrelia.com with your order number and a short note (photos welcome if the item arrived damaged).
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with your return instructions or an instant resolution.
  3. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back in most cases.

Return condition

For change-of-mind returns, items should be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at support@purrelia.com — we'll trace it immediately.
