We want you — and your cat — to love everything you order from Purrelia. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day "My Cat Loves It" Guarantee
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund for any reason — including "my cat simply ignored it." We know cats have opinions.
How to start a return
- Email support@purrelia.com with your order number and a short note (photos welcome if the item arrived damaged).
- We'll reply within 24 hours on business days with your return instructions or an instant resolution.
- Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault within 30 days, we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship anything back in most cases.
Return condition
For change-of-mind returns, items should be in original condition and packaging. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, check with your bank first, then contact us at support@purrelia.com — we'll trace it immediately.
